I really hate LED bulbs with such a false daylight color. two sets of LEDs in it. I prefer warm white and a set of more traditional daylight LEDs. You can turn on warm light, daylight, or both if you need the maximum amount of light, although the mixed spectrum of colors makes for an odd type of light that you probably won't use very often. Warm LED is good enough and tolerable if you hate blue LEDs like me. There are three brightness settings for each mode. Build quality is reasonable, nothing special. The button rattles a bit when shaken, the gooseneck is quite thin and light, so it's probably not the best choice for tossing in a backpack and taking with you everywhere. But if you need a little unobtrusive work light alongside your laptop, it's cheap and the gooseneck is long enough to make it useful. It's nice that they've added a few of those cheaper USB lights as well.
