Good knee and back support!

Perfect for lifting and supporting my knees when lying on my back. It also works great as a knee brace when lying on your side. It also supports your back well when lying on your side. I was a bit hesitant to order based on a review or two that said it was flat, small and didn't fill the lid. But it took me about an hour to get the right size. I love it and highly recommend it!
