It's nice that the cables aren't just hanging out of this drawer. It's better to carry around than twisting a 6ft cord, just pull out what you need and it will lock. You'll have to pull the same length of cable on either side, but that's fine and just pull a little and it snaps into place. Not sure if the cable or USB is on my power tower, but my tablet used power faster than this cable, so fast charging?, works fine with my phone.
