I bought this 4 port USB hub in 2017. It worked for about 9 months before the charging port finally stopped working. In addition, there were picture and sound disturbances on my television. A few months later I accidentally disconnected the 12 volt power supply (transformer) and found that reception was restored to my TV! For almost 18 months my TV picture became blurry (pixelated) with intermittent loss of sound. The culprit was a 12 volt power adapter that powers the charging port at the end. The TV issue was resolved by disconnecting the 12 volt power supply. When the transformer of the 12 volt power supply is connected to the 4-port USB connector, there will be some interference. I hope this can help others if any of you have a similar interference problem. I know that the device is out of warranty, but I would be interested in the supplier's or manufacturer's response to this situation. Many Thanks
