Review on Genesys by Clayton Jimenez

I love how easy it is to create and publish my own customizations. The fact that I can use their SDKs to create my own integrations is very powerful. The support team is great. They are quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I do not like how the user interface is very old looking. It could use some updating. I think they are doing a great job at solving the problem of a great customer support and great tooling. I have used a lot of different products in the past. I have found that Genesys has the best support and tooling. It is very easy to create your own integrations. It is very powerful to use their SDKs. It is a great product. I am solving the problem of the customer support and tooling.
