I had a dilemma for a while before I bought them. I've gained weight and nothing fits right. I looked for new shorts that would fit me but couldn't find one that was comfortable for everyone. If I wear shorts that are comfortable around my hips and butt, they will be baggy and fall at my waist. I decided to try these extra buttons to slim my waist and make it comfortable. AND IT WORKS! No one knows because the button on the shorts is tucked past the waist and my shirt covers that area too. Nobody knows but me. I used to have similar button down pins but they were unbuttoned. I wear these buttons with jeans which pull far more than pants or khakis. They didn't break out.
