Review on 🍞 Kaiser Bakeware LaForme 10-Inch Drawn Loaf Pan - Enhanced for SEO by Brady Penczak

not sure yet. for bread and loaf pan

I was sooooo happy to get this bread pan. Well it arrived today and I put it on bread mode and then I took it out of the box and... OH OH! It's not everything I hoped for. I was expecting the loaf pan to be a bit longer than usual and it is very sturdy and well made and this one seems to be the same. But the ground is not flat! I've never seen a loaf pan with a bottom like this, so I think I'm missing something. The box says "tortendose" in German and "plum cake tin" in French. The included small recipe booklet contains recipes for Orange Pie and Plum Jam Pie. Now that I know what to look for, I noticed that in the larger image (click on enlarge image) you can barely see that the bottom of the pan rises slightly from the rim of the pan, about 1/2 inch. THEN the words KAISER 25 cm 10" are embossed in the center. You don't see any of this in the Revain picture or on the bread pan box. From the money I paid for this pan, I wish I had a good bread me Will add or edit my review after I've baked the bread in the pan just so other bakers, not those looking for a good quality bread pan and not a loaf pan, know what to expect. Expect that the bottom of the loaf looks quite unusual with such a large raised surface.

Pros
  • Pretty to look at
Cons
  • Vulgarity
