No more morning neck pain!
I woke up the other morning with mild neck pain, so I followed my doctor's recommendation and switched to a memory foam pillow. As this is my first memory foam pillow I wasn't sure what height would be best for me so I went with this adjustable one. I can reduce the height of the pillow by removing the middle part of the foam. I don't need it after all because after sleeping on it my morning neck pain went away. Unlike the pictures, I sleep on the bottom of the pillow and it suits me. The pillowcase is easy to remove and is quite soft. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a neck or back pain in the morning.
