I'm 5ft 2in, 120lbs and ordered the small one. It fits great (I wear the top as pajamas. It's also tight-fitting so I can easily wear it under other clothes. I used to have a small electric cleaner next to my seat to read the newspaper: nothing more. I'm totally satisfied and am considering to buy another set in a different color.
