The instructions were terrible there were no replacement parts in the kit
the instructions are useless. This SHOULD be a fairly easy item to install, however no replacement parts were included. The nuts that force you to screw in and out need to be held tight with a wrench, which they didn't provide. Instead they provided Alan's wrenches, of which to be honest we all have about 20 of them. When I lost one of the nuts, my whole life practically stopped until I could find it because there were no replacement parts. All in all, this thing was a headache.
