Don't listen to someone who doesn't give 5 stars Obviously they didn't follow the steps. I have a worse cat pee problem than all of you combined and this was the ONLY, ONLY product that worked. Just listen. We just moved into this new house with enough space for our three cats. Two females and one male are treated with special respect - each has their own indoor toilet in their own space, each gets two healthy servings of raw food daily and a minimum of 4 hours outside. They come back readily when called. They seem happy and content with our position. The cat isn't ours, mother, and we've been watching him for 6 months. When we moved in, he started smearing urine on a wall in my office. Upon further examination with a black light, a 1-2 foot wide strip of urine appears to line a 20 foot wall. There are so many of them that I'm forced to conclude that he couldn't have done it alone. We've learned that previous residents had cats and we believe our male lines this wall to mark the urine already present. That's the only explanation I have, hence the excuse for how we treat cats, and as a behavioral science graduate I think I'm right about that. So for the last month I've come home, sniffed at the front door (20-30ft from the piss wall) and angrily put on my gloves as I go downstairs and clean the piss wall and carpet underneath with any known cleaner. Man. I used three bottles of urine, resolve, natural wonders (cat and dog), water and vinegar, just vinegar, just water. delayed. I heard cat pee can dissolve a marriage and now I understand why. As soon as I read this lady's review of Rocco and Roxy, I said hell with it and ordered a 32-ounce bottle, hoping that the combination of enzymes and bacteria might make a difference. Let me tell you, IT DID. I thought man's war against cat pee was lost, and I almost lost hope. The problem is the volume. I used all 32 ounces, let sit three or four hours, blotted thoroughly, then vacuumed with our special pet accident vacuum, which has claws on one of the heads to get deep into the flat carpet. The smell is 90% gone. So I begged my mom to buy me a gallon (it's her cat after all) and we're looking forward to getting it in the mail. We have an Air BNB in our home and had a bad review due to the smell that came from the day before the original 32oz bottle of Rocco and Roxie arrived. I hope a full gallon can get rid of it. Thank you for making the only product that works.
