The ability to have multiple people on the same call at once, without having to pay for each person individually. It's easy to use and makes it very simple to set up meetings with clients and customers. I wish there was more flexibility when scheduling meetings as sometimes we need to change them around or move them to another day. We've been able to save money by using this service instead of paying for individual phone lines. Having all our staff on one line has made communication much easier and saved us money!
