They claim to have touch controls, which is partly true - there is a touch surface but also buttons for some of the controls that are very difficult to press . I couldn't get the touch controls to work during setup. Some of the other apps/features may work for some ears, but this was a big fail for me. I couldn't get the wingtips in my ears at all - it was on the verge of pain - and while the sound profile isn't terrible, it's not what you'd expect from a balanced armature driver. It is not "balanced", but rich in bass and quite light in the mids and highs. It's also quite disappointing to see micro-USB charging in a 2019 product.
