🎧 Phiaton Bolt BT 700: True Wireless Earbuds with Mic and Sound-Isolating Bluetooth - Rich Audio and Charging Speaker Case Review

This is my first purchase of Bluetooth true wireless headphones. I wanted to love her for $139. However, they just don't fit in one of my ears like I would like. The sound is of course excellent, I am both speaker and microphone. The controls are as you would expect from a smaller pair of wireless earbuds. However, I'm having a hard time with the fit. After the purchase I found that the left ear does not work without the right one and in the case they charge in the same way so the dynamic part works normally. I should have asked these questions before buying, but I had no idea these are questions to ask before buying. I've also found that my phone's speaker is much louder than the speaker box. They claim to have touch controls, which is partly true - there is a touch surface but also buttons for some of the controls that are very difficult to press . I couldn't get the touch controls to work during setup. Some of the other apps/features may work for some ears, but this was a big fail for me. Sound quality is good but weak, you have to turn it up almost to the max to get enough volume to work. The sound isolation you get when you wear it is great, but it's very difficult to keep it in place. I mainly use them for training, but the left side keeps falling out of my ear and I have to adjust it every few minutes. Tried all four ear tip sizes to no avail.
