I was initially very impressed on the first day of use, but on the second day the left earbud didn't sync to the right, despite several hard reset attempts following a user manual found online. I called support and a very nice and helpful person tried to fix the error. When those attempts were unsuccessful, she quickly provided warranty return information via email. About a week later I received a replacement kit that worked flawlessly for several weeks. Unfortunately, the left earbud showed intermittent Bluetooth connection issues and would disconnect intermittently - usually for just a fraction to a full second. I have also never found a good and secure fit in my ears despite trying different sizes of ear tips. The "last drop" in the damn history of these headphones happened a few days ago when the right earbud spontaneously fell out of my ear towards the end of my flight, hit the cabin floor and bounced off in an unknown direction. I conceded defeat and replaced the product with a new pair of Powerbeats PRO ear-clip headphones.
