Sound quality is good but weak, you have to turn it up almost to the max to get enough volume to work. The sound isolation you get when you wear it is great, but it's very difficult to keep it in place. I mainly use them for training, but the left side keeps falling out of my ear and I have to adjust it every few minutes. Tried all four ear tip sizes to no avail. The battery life of these headphones is excellent, but this is the main selling point of this product. If you use them to listen to music or podcasts while moving around the house, this is a good buy. But like me, if you want to use them for training or running, look elsewhere.
