Installation failed

I was trying to install the rear wiper arm on my 2015 Nissan Rogue. I watched all of the company's YouTube videos for installation as the model type (AE) was not clearly labeled. Once the lever was installed, one of the hinges broke when I pushed the lever into place as shown in the videos I watched. I'm really disappointed and feel like this wasn't a good use of my hard earned dollars.
