I almost bought this rug. When I only see superlatives for a product, I start to ask whether it can really be that good. I stopped reading and did the only logical thing - looked at the price compared to similar rugs and that's what made me hit the buy button. This one is about half the size of similar ones and there are too many of them in my opinion. The reality is that this one costs the same as an identical one I bought a few years ago and since I needed it during flu quarantine and store closures it made a lot more sense to buy it from Revain this time. Not sure where the comments are coming from that it's so soft and fluffy, it's a shaggy rug that was popular in cheap apartments in the 1970's. It's a great achievement that it's made in China, but let's go back to the beginning, it's just a rug, nothing to flatter or admire. I step on it when I get out of the shower to avoid slipping on the hard tile floor. It looks very nice and the light gray is exactly the same as the one I bought in the store. The good thing about these mats is that the rubber underside is usually non-slip. They are suitable for regular washing and drying cycles and the non-slip backing does not dry out or become brittle even at high temperatures in the dryer. Everything else is up to your opinion and you won't know if you like it. or not if you don't buy it. You have nothing to lose for the prizes and if you don't like it, just return it.
