The product arrived broken.
The tongue must be able to stretch and growl. It didn't work so I replaced the batteries. He kept growling without sticking his tongue out. I gave it to my 5 year old before I knew it was broken. I don't even see the possibility of an exchange. Even if it were, I have to take it off him and wait more than 3 weeks for the new one to arrive.
