The 1/4 " sockets were loose
This was disappointing because the 1/4" sockets didn't hold the 1/4" plug very well. I had to strain the cables to keep the audio going. Unfortunately, there's no real way to get into the nest to tighten things up. I'll try to get back there, but if that doesn't work, it seemed like the right thing to do, dropping everything but the speakon connector.
