There was no way to adjust the performance of this device and as a result it damaged the inside of my mouth and caused bleeding. I ended up returning this item because it didn't seem safe to use. It's possible the item I received was defective, but there's no reason to risk a gum cleaning injury!** EDIT: Since writing this review I've received 6 emails in the last week, asking me to edit my review and suggest a replacement. I have already sent it back and I would NEVER want to risk trying a second time. Your actions may not violate Revane's rules, but it's annoying and unethical.
