I have been using this product off and on for over a year and have purchased multiple times. Immediate application: quickly moisturizes dry, flaky skin. (See before/after photos taken the same day.) Long-term use: If you have thick skin or dry layers, it will take a few weeks before you see a difference. This product contains lactic acid to moisturize and exfoliate the skin. This is good for people with mild to moderate problems. When you have serious problems to solve, a more powerful product can be more useful. The tube looks small, but you don't have to use a lot of product. Feels a bit oily so wash your hands after use.
