I asked the seller if I could return it and they said yes but before I could. the damn thing fell apart. LITERALLY. Which challenges the idea that it should be "waterproof". The first photo shows the player's MAIN error. The face falls off. Previously, the buttons didn't always do the job I pressed on them. Half useless when you add this to the fact that the button bar itself falls off rendering it useless. The second photo is an MP3 player that Speedo made many, many moons ago. They don't even make it bigger but mine WORKS and is still waterproof and has a screen. I paid less for this than Sirin and it still works. In 2009 it cost me 29.99. He is almost 10 years old and WORKING. I want my money back, but I'm finding that more and more sellers are not endorsing the products they sell AND are sending defective, used, broken items, or items with MISSING parts. I would not recommend this mp3 to anyone. for use in water OR not. This is expensive junk.
