This product is low quality, simple and easy to understand. Wax never completely melts, and large chunks of wax do not completely melt after 6 hours of heating. Once it melts a little it won't cover enough spa to put your hand in based on the directions for using one sachet of wax per spa session. There isn't enough wax in the car to dip your hand in as it only covers your palm, not your entire hand unless you have hands the size of a small child. Dirty. Very difficult to clean. I've used enough hand wax spa machines in the past to know it's not the machine you want to buy.
