A comfortable moisturizing toner that doesn't cause irritation. I take something in my hand and stroke it over my face. I do this 3-4 times and let it soak between coats. This is a godsend for my dry skin but I now use an oil toner which works better for my skin in winter. The temperature is well below zero now and I need all the help I can get. I think this toner is great and we'll probably appreciate it even more once we get through the harshest aspects of winter. It blends well with other serums, moisturizers, SPF and makeup. good price too.
