I'm not sure if I haven't read that everything is included or not, but I was pleasantly surprised by the drawstring pouch that came with it. All 12 are there. The colors are exactly like the picture, very vivid. I will say that some of them differ in narrowness, but not much, and in size too. They are also incredibly soft. I'm also not sure if anyone cares, but just in case the stripes inside the material are flat and not round. Which I think would be even better for my hair. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
