These stackable wire letter baskets have an unfortunate design flaw. As you can see in the picture, the top tray tilts forward a bit when stacked. This forward tilt gets sharper with each layer added. Upon closer inspection, I found the reason for this tilt: the hooks on the side of the tray are welded to the TOP of the wires, and the hooks on the back of the tray are welded to the bottom. This tilts the front down and raises the back. They should be the same to keep it level (preferably both welded to the bottom). They should work well if you plan on hanging them on a shelf instead of stacking them on top of each other. I'm sending them back as they don't work properly due to the steep incline on the top level. I have emailed the company and hope they can fix the issue in the future as otherwise they seem well made.
