Will most likely be returned

The product was installed on a 2015 Silverado. The retrofit filter was slightly smaller than the original filter. At high fan speeds, the filter makes a rattling noise and is more like a hum. I turned on the air conditioning for a few minutes and noticed that dust flew into the cabin from the vents. Even after cleaning the filter box. The product is not convincing. Will most likely come back
