Review on ZooxWiFi by Dee Parson

I like that ZooxWifi is able to detect when someone leaves their desk, which makes it so much easier for my team to follow up with them if there is a question or concern. The system also provides some guidance to help get you back in an appropriate mindset to work. At times it takes longer than expected to get back into the correct mindset. While this is not ideal, this can be mitigated by making sure you have other methods to keep yourself in the right state of mind. We are using ZooxWifi to see who is at their desk and what they are doing throughout the day. This allows our customer service team to quickly address any issues or questions they may have without having to rely on emails or phone calls.
