Review on Sargent Art 22 8809 Acrylic Glitter by Wendy Rodriguez

I bought this for a special project at the recommendation of another art teacher, although it was quite expensive. When I opened the sealed gallon at least a good pint was missing (see the marker line in the photo which was actually a bit higher than it should have been). Customer service said it wasn't filled to the brim but by weight, but somehow I think a full gallon of product (which is what the label says) is better for filling a gallon container. Customer service said they would call back after the weekend - that was over two weeks ago and hadn't heard from them.
