I bought this ballast to replace the EnergyPro ballast that was in my Lithonia 11986. hardware store. These lights use 22W 8" and 32W 12" bulbs. The facility isn't that bad. You will need to remove the bracket from the ceiling, insert the 8" bulb into the bracket, carefully center the ballast, mark the holes and drill new mounting holes. Before you start the project, you'll need some small self-tapping screws. , drill and install the ballast, the rest is just reinstalling the bracket itself. Our device worked flawlessly. We love the light so I bought two of these ballasts. The original ballast lasted about 3 years or so. In my experience, the original ballasts in these high volume fixtures (which you buy in the big department stores) don't last long. One last thing: there are no markings for 22W or 32W on the lamp cords. They seem to work anyway. If you have any questions, just add a comment to the review and I'll try to answer (this may take a day or two).
