Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

Pros below: electrolytes are what these practically and so the best aminos lacked;) the complex shows itself best in endurance training / 30 km hikes, etc. Its cons: you need to understand that the caffeine complex is powerful here and therefore it costs extra for the nervous system. drink to approx. - Tryptophan. don't drink before bed ;)

I drink 3 tablespoons (below the average of the allowable amount), cheerfulness for the whole day, I even work better. The rest of the amino acids are the most common in composition.
