3 stars as the quality is excellent but on two occasions we have received the wrong chair in a box mislabeled by the manufacturer. The box is aptly labeled "Trolls" but inside is a Ryan's World chair, hardly so exciting for my niece's birthday party (who is now gone after the second one replacing the first was STILL wrong). The chair is great quality so I'm really REALLY hoping it's a 3rd charm after speaking to Revain customer service about the issue.
