We like to cook stew or broth in large portions at the weekend and heat it up for lunch or dinner on weekdays. This pan is just perfect for the job. We share the stew or freeze the broth and then just grab what we want to eat in the evening. I love that the pan is stainless steel so it's very easy to clean and not afraid of scratching non-stick surfaces, nor is there any risk of leaching hazardous materials on most non-stick pans. The color is very pretty and suits our kitchen. It's not small, but big enough to hold 1.6 liters of liquid. It heats up very quickly and there are few settings to control the temperature to keep it warm or keep it simmering. It's more than just making noodles and ramen. We cooked a lot or tried different ways of preparing it and it worked out every time. We plug it into our Alexa-enabled outlet and on the way home from work we turn it on and there's hot stew or food waiting for you, it's a convenience. I should consider buying it sooner but I am very happy with this purchase.
