I bought this product so I could have a nice home or travel set for nails, brows etc. It felt like one of the highest quality options available from Revain and I really liked the black anodized look. It seemed an easy win. Unfortunately, all my high hopes collapsed almost immediately after receiving the kit. If I'm stupid - this is a garbage sentence. Let's start with the basic elements I've tried to use. The nail clippers are blunt and misaligned, so they won't go through your nails unless you've just showered. The same goes for nail clippers. I decided to try scissors to trim some unruly eyebrow hairs. Well, to my dismay (again) - the scissor blades are curved so that they only touch for about 10% of the blade. With them it is literally impossible to cut the hair on the eyebrows. I've tried more times than I'd like to admit because I didn't want this purchase to go to waste. The only things that work are static/immobile tools. So if you want to buy a bunch of useless metal and some leg scrapers then this is the pack for you. Well - I always try to back the company up when in doubt and not write a bad review until they have had a chance to fix the issues I was having. However, after contacting the company 4 times and receiving absolutely no correspondence, I stopped trying. I will return them and try to find the best set. When in doubt, my advice is: DO NOT BUY. The quality is mediocre at best, they are riddled with issues and I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a response from them to no avail.
