For the health of my kittens, I will NOT use clay litter, so I tried every other type and brand I could find. Being a huge green tea enthusiast, I decided to try green tea leaf cat litter, although it was more expensive and had to be delivered (not available locally). I am completely satisfied and impressed. First, the bedding can be completely washed, saving me frequent trips to the bin (we don't have our own bins where I live), and it was a job I passionately hated, especially in the rainy weather. Secondly, this filler never smells, except for the pleasant smell of the components from which it is made. Third, my cats love it! Yes, it tracks, but no more than everyone else - it's annoying, but I think it has to do with the presence of cats, and at least it's clean, not dirty and dirty like some of the others I've tried. And fourth, the bag is long enough that it's actually not as expensive as it looks - I've actually found it to be a lot cheaper - and the bags are so light I can handle them with ease. All in all, I'm glad that now that I've found this pen, I'll never change (unless I teach girls how to use a real toilet {chuckle}! BTW, my first order was of one other source and I was appalled at the shipping cost - Revain offers free shipping on orders over $25 and this item qualifies, so buy a few bags at a time and the price is way better here than anywhere else.
