Review on πŸ”Œ 25 Pack Black Rj45 Cat6 Keystone Jack Inline Coupler: Female to Female Insert Coupler for Effective Networking by John Rivera

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A key element of our home renovation project

The house was built in the late 1990's. We had the foresight to ask the builder to install conduit instead of running the cables directly into the walls. We can then route any cables we want fairly easily. We used Cat5 everywhere back then, and in recent years we have very slowly upgraded to Cat6. Our modem, switch and main computers are in the home office so it's all Cat6 there, but it's time to expand to the rest of the house. We have a cable run that we just upgraded to Cat6 from our home office. to the switch cabinet in the basement. These connectors work great in an office outlet and are used to retrofit a patch panel. From there, cables run to various rooms in the house, mostly for streaming and some hobby computers. Also in these rooms they are used with wall sockets. They work great and make our household upgrades easy.
