hard to close suitable for ladders
when I say this thing is hard to close I mean it takes 2-4 minutes. Not impressed. Same goes for my husband who is a tame guy. Makes you want to throw things across the room. It doesn't have an actual button or mechanism to close it. You have to do something right, we just can't figure out what it is. If you never want to close the stairs, this purchase is for you.
