This is the best brush I've ever used to blow dry my hair ever. Hands down! First of all, boar hair bristles are so good for your hair. I use a curved boar hair bristle brush to brush out my hair twice a day and as a result I only have to wash my hair once a week. This is why I was looking for one in a round brush. There just aren't that many on Revain and I've not been able to find one with boar hair bristles at the big box stores at all. The bristles grip your hair and help to wrap your hair around the brush and keep it secure even with the dryer on high. It's vented well also so heat goes all the way through. And the barrel of the brush heats up to help set your curl. The grip on the handle works really well. With more of your hair wrapped around the barrel you need the grip to keep tension as you pull and wrap your hair during the blow drying process and this brush does that comfortably. I've got very thick long hair and every other round brush I've used won't hold my hair and keep it wrapped around the barrel unless I use tiny chucks. Honestly I can't say anything bad about this brush. It doesn't tangle. The plastic bristles don't melt. I've even used it on 100% dry hair after sleeping in a pony tail to get the pony tail lumps out of my hair and it works great! With the thickness and length of my hair I've never been able to do that because my hair won't stay in the usual sparce, plastic bristles off other brushes when dry. It's one of my favorite brushes of all time and worth every single penny. I hope they make a smaller and larger barrel version so I can buy them too. Best round brush on the market. It does everything you need it to do and it does it well. I can't say enough about this brush. Brushes don't usually get me this excited! :)
