Review on Reflecta Glow Waterproof Adjustable Reflective Pet by Missy Mesaros

I bought this size XS coat for my 5.5 lb Yorkie two and a half years ago. It was the perfect coat for him. I recently bought this again and it seems to be made quite differently, the velcro covering the coat is placed unevenly/backwards from each other so it seems like it's scratching my Yorkie's privates. Two of the shoelaces on my arms were also snapped. This is the first time I've taken my coat off. I live in Seattle, I wear a lot of rain and it's rainy season and my Yorkie can't wear a coat, he's uncomfortable.
