If you find yourself getting in and out of your car frequently and using your phone to get GPS directions, then this phone mount is for you. After securing the device to the windshield and inserting the metal plates into the phone as directed, the phone simply snaps right into the mount and is easy to remove. My wife and I love this thing and have had no issues with it. I've read several reviews noting issues with the pre-applied adhesive to the window skin. We bought two mounts and as we need to move the mount between cars I used "Goof Off" to remove the adhesive and it worked fine. The cup I didn't remove the adhesive from was much heavier on the windshield. My guess is that the reviewer who had problems with the adhesive might have moved it before it set, or he lived in a high temperature area and left his car in the sun for a very long time (read more than a week or weeks). .
