Before that, they just didn’t try anything except Hema Plex and the result was, to put it mildly, modest. Got cons: Unfortunately, it is expensive despite the fact that it must be taken up to six months if the goal is to significantly increase the level of iron stores in the body. There are no other shortcomings in my opinion.
