I like that it's easy for me as an employee of this calling center because they have their own line number which helps us know exactly where everything stands at any given time. It can be very overwhelming when someone has multiple lines open from different people asking questions or requesting services throughout the day so sometimes there may not always get back in contact right away if one needs something immediately but overall its great! There isn't really anything i don't love just yet other than maybe being able to customize certain things such as what type of information gets displayed instead of having them automatically pick up all voicemails etc., though thats more my preference rather then whats been done wrong by answeingservices itself which hasn't happened since working here anyways :).
