Online shopping at LIFEFAIR was a miserable failure for me.

I made a purchase from LIFEFAIR's website not too long ago, and I was really dissatisfied with the service I received. The experience of ordering a Christmas tree and other holiday decorations for my home was disappointing. Transport and distribution were a major headache. My order arrived almost a month after it was supposed to come within 7-10 business days. I had to harass customer service for updates, and they weren't really helpful in finding a solution. When they finally arrived, I found the quality to be lacking. The Christmas tree had very few ornaments and several empty spaces where the branches should have been. The holiday decorations were badly manufactured and appeared inexpensive as well. When I sought to get my money back, I was met with a lot of red tape and hurdles. The customer care consultant was useless and made it hard to return the products because she insisted on me giving lengthy justifications for wanting a refund. In sum, I was really dissatisfied with my time spent shopping at LIFEFAIR's website. I would never suggest this business to anyone and won't be doing business with them again.
