The easy to navigate interface, intuitive search functions for finding information quickly without having to scroll through pages of results or use multiple applications. It's not always clear what is being displayed in each screen so it can be difficult at times to work out exactly where you are meant to go next if your navigation isn't crystal clear! However once I have found something that looks like it might answer my question then searching becomes easier as there will often just be one page worth of options rather than several which helps with efficiency. If I need help looking up information I find this service very useful - especially when accessing from mobile devices such as smartphones/tablets etc. We primarily access our cloud resources via desktop computers but we also do occasionally require info off site while away using other services (e.g., Google Docs).
