Cute hat.needs to be a little bigger.
We used this hat for our staff photos as we prepared for our Dr. Seuss theme for the next school year. Most of the staff had to perch the hat on their heads as it was small. It is the perfect looking Cat in the Hat hat but needs to be made slightly larger if you are going to expect adults to wear it. Worked okay and it was cheaper than other similar hats. If you're on a budget, it would work for a photo but if you expect to move around in it, you'll need something bigger.
