I put a torque converter in and got a whole new bike. In addition to the kit, I also have a bearing kit. Installation was pretty easy. *Note: Had to purchase some screws and some motor attachments to get everything to fit. It is also necessary to cut the bracket, but this does not affect the frame (see video on YouTube). Other than that, I'm very happy with the results. I got it to 38mph (slightly downhill), but way faster than the factory and cheaper than the competition by over half. ***Note: The Yeti Bag is perfect for 3 bottles of beer and attaches directly to the bar!
