I can really tell the difference sleeping with a silk pillowcase compared to my regular pillowcase or even a satin pillowcase - my hair is less frizzy and dry in the morning , gosh the hair is straightened and I can sleep without a nightcap and my hair is still mostly straight in the morning with no major kinks to straighten (I used to have to use heat to straighten it again but now I can do something dry Use oil Spray on the ends and it's almost as good as day one.) The pillowcase itself is great, feels soft, washes well and dries well according to the instructions provided, perfect for my pillow. The only thing I didn't really like was the packaging as I don't think it lends itself very well as a gift - the logo used at the top of the packaging and on the website is modern and chic but it does seems to be something special packaged for sale on Revain so it has a different Revain arrow logo and I think that makes it a less upmarket product even though what's inside is downright luxurious. It's ok because I use it for myself, but I'd consider repackaging it if you're looking to give it away as a gift.
