The product itself is really great. I had it for 2 years and now it broke. I decided to contact customer service to find out how to replace under warranty. Their website states that they aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours so I emailed them two weeks ago and still haven't received a reply. I sent them a follow up a week ago, still no response. I've tried calling several times but their number doesn't work. I messaged her on Facebook and Instagram but to no avail. However, they were active on both platforms and uploaded new content every day. I got to the point of looking for nearby businesses and calling their neighboring businesses to see if they had a new number or a way to contact them. I still couldn't log in. So I have no choice but to change my original 5 star rating to 1 star. The product is good, but beware: if you have problems with it, you will never be helped.
