Wow, that thing is heavy!
The body and keyboard together weigh more than the tablet itself (the body appears to be all metal and accounts for most of the weight). The total weight is equivalent to a laptop at around 3 pounds. Given the increased weight of the case, it is difficult to hold and use in hands. My kids love the keyboard; could comfortably write 90 words per minute on it. I returned the kit, bought a lighter case and bought a keyboard separately.
